I’ve had a modest fund with 7iM for 3 years and their valuation fluctuates from nearly £3m to under £300k – yes, totally unbelievable.

They have repeatedly promised to improve but they continue to significantly alter, often retrospectively, the value of my fund.

Check out the attached images of their charts and see what to expect. Eg The retrospectively reduced April valuation.

I called them as suggested but sadly heard no more!!

Deeply regret my decision to get involved with 7IM. Transferring funds to them was not smooth, fraught with communication issues and delays. Performance has been very poor in the last 2 years and underperformed both markets and self invested holdings. Then I've been trying to transfer funds out, an ISA took more than 6months to transfer out, both SIPP and trading accounts have taken months to transfer out and are still in progress. Holdings have been lost in transmit for months at a time. Complaints resulted in blame being attributed to the other party every time. Multiple complaints now being lodged with regulatory bodies.
