James has been supporting and advising me for the last year with personal tax affairs and reporting.

I approached him for help as I was experiencing quite a bit of complexity with the self-assessment process. At the same time I was spending hours (literally 7 hours on one occasion in the call queuing system) trying to get support from HMRC. Who eventually closed the helpdesk due to their work volumes.
