I've never had to make an insurance claim before, so I was a bit nervous as to what to expect when I broke one of my camera lenses.
After speaking to the staff at Policybee, i was reassured and made to feel comfortable quickly and the process was VERY stress-free.

I hope that I don't have to use their services again, but it gives me great peace of mind knowing I am protected.

I would give zero if it was an option very poor experience with the customer service in medical department, I don not recommend this insurance for dentists and doctors

So many thanks to the team. It was not a strate forward claim, a little misunderstandings at the offset, however, no individuals fault. Not recommended this company. They only love taking money of the business owners but they tried every thing to scape of you have claimed.. never again to this company.

Inaccurate, unprofessional, and lacking in information—this sums up the customer service staff. A particularly misinformed and arrogant customer service operator (Kim) gave us definitively incorrect information regarding certain policies. Thankfully, we discovered more knowledgeable and professional health insurance brokers who worked promptly and in our favour.

Superb customer service. Just had my first claim in many years of having my camera gear insured. They talked me through the process in a fast and efficient manner after which they managed everything from organising the repair company to getting it collected and the claim sorted with a very satisfactory outcome. 110% at every stage. Can't praise them highly enough. Highly recommended. I also use them for my public and our camera club public liability insurance.

Very disappointed. I don't have many dealings with them, but each time (only customer service based things, not even claims as I never had one), things go massively wrong, aren't tended to or are ignored.

Also, I had a review of the policy from an independent adviser, and he said I am actually not properly insured for what I do and they've given me the wrong policies to start with.

Lucky me that nothing has happened in the last years!

I now not only have to deal with them, but the actual insurer as well, as they don't communicate changes back to them.

Go directly to a good insurer, this is not worth it.

I'm truly amazed about how those guys respond promptly and make sure your claim gets covered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I have been a client for a couple of years now and I recently had a claim. I thought as they are brokers I should contact the insurance provider itself but as he hasn't respond promptly, I have tried to give a shout to those guys.
Jane called me back straight away, collected all the informations and reassured me.
In a matter of a few days, everything was sorted in the best possible way.
