Used these to insure an empty property undergoing Probate.
They are quick to respond to enquiries I will give them that .
However the said property had not leaked over the 11 month period of insurance and following storm Eowen it did and they refused to pay out for water damaged ceilings siting the property was in disrepair.!
They also sent out a surveyor followed by and a claims adjuster to look at the damage for a claim less then £5k and made their decision not to payout before we had sent in further information they had requested.
I did not argue as its simply too much work for not a lot but I must say I was very dissapointed with the outcome and could certainly not recommend them based on this experience
