Not sure if this is related to all properties but for the property I live in, Hegarty do not seem to care at all about the people living in the property. I've had 2 issues / discussions with them and they just don't care at all.

Also, the electric gate has been faulty for multiple extended periods of time ( stuck open ) , the property itself does not get cleaned or looked after very well and the grounds aren't really maintained. Speaking to others in my block they are disgruntled by the ground fees they have to pay with nothing really to show for it.

since Hegarty took over looking after the flats I live in. it has been massive improvement to what we was use to with previous maintenance management. I've spoken to them on the phone and in person. I was pleasantly surprised within a day or two of Hegarty taking over the flats to find a gentleman called Lee outside the building looking at what needing doing with the bloc. He let me know everything that was going to happen and was happy to listen to some of my ideas too. The company have kept their word and maintaining the flats perfectly.
