Not open on Saturdays.
Prehistoric way of thinking. If you want to get something done beyond basic cashier work or something they don't do on a daily basis but other branches do often they deny they can do it when actually it just takes a little logic and effort on their part. It's 2017. And it's a long way to go to a bigger branch with staff that are happy to cater to their clients needs. Please get your staff to liven up a bit and remember a customer banking with them is a customer they should aim to fulfill their needs. Otherwise slowly but surely business and money will go elsewhere.

Quick, excellent service at this branch. Recommended.
(Note: HSBC plus Nat West, Santander, Lloyd's, and Barclays, all have branches in Ringwood within a short distance of each other. Marvellous).

Was helpful and friendly towards me. Would vote 4 stars. But for hsbc as a company. Closing down my local bank, without contacting me, when I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Then having to travel to an even smaller bank which isn't open Saturdays
