Terrible Customer Service – Do Better!

I’m beyond frustrated with the appalling service from this rental agency. They show absolutely no care for their clients, and the lack of urgency is shocking.

Kerry, my property manager, has been particularly unhelpful—she constantly apologises but does nothing to resolve any of the issues we’ve raised. Especially concerned about how there are good reviews for her but can’t have any of that reflected in our experience!

One of the main ongoing problems has been the lack of hot water and water pressure in my flat. I flagged this to Molly during the initial property viewing, yet nothing was done to address it. Since moving in, I’ve emailed repeatedly about this and other concerns, but my messages are either ignored or met with empty promises.

It’s now reached a point where I’m seriously considering ending my tenancy and raising these issues with the Property Ombudsman. I feel completely unheard and undervalued as a paying tenant. This company needs to take responsibility for its failures and start treating tenants with respect.

Avoid renting through this agency if you value your time and sanity!

I would like to express to all those who are prepared to enquire about this agent that Complete RPI is very bad!!!! The problems started from the first day I moved in. Due to their incorrect scheduling, it resulted in me arriving at the flat only to be given a short notice that I would not be able to get the flat key for that day (which is the appointment time)and that the key would need to be given to me the next morning. And they didn't even inform me in advance, I claimed from them the cost of my stay out that day and their reply was that they were not obliged to compensate me. And the person who came to deliver the keys the next day was 40 minutes late without any apology. When finally getting the keys to enter the flat, I found that the flat was not clean. There were nutshells and cigarette butts under the sofa, unidentified stains on the sofa and half-removed hooks stuck to the kitchen wall!!! When I checked out, I had the cleaning staff clean the entire house, much cleaner than when I checked in! But there was still a problem with refunding the deposit. On the day I checked out, the person picking up the keys came half an hour earlier than agreed, but the cleaning crew was still cleaning at that time. So the staff asked me if I would like to return the key myself. My answer was that I could return the key myself, please note that the RPI staff did not tell me that there was a 60 pounds charge for returning the key myself! And this fee they ended up deducting from my deposit. If the RPI staff had told me straight away that there was a fee, I would have opted to make him wait for half an hour and then give him the key in person. And in a follow-up reconciliation email, I negotiated with Kerry Edwrds. He was like a robot the whole time and I told him what was going on at the time. But he only chose to see the parts he wanted to see and pretended not to see the rest of what I accused the staff of saying. Made me even more angry! I feel like it's useless for me to tell him many times because he'll just ignore your most important information and then come and tell you that they're not responsible and that the customer needs to take that responsibility. 中国人不骗中国人，来英国留学的直接避雷这家中介，签了这家中介你就等着当冤大头吧。我会在小红书和其他社交软件上全发壁垒贴。见过最最最恶心的中介。

Glad to have Complete RPI as my first flat agency in the UK. Molly is very helpful during the process. I started the process from the distant. It was quite frustrating as a foreigner due to very straight UK rule. But everything solved eventually, by Molly follow up

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with Complete RPI for managing my property in the UK. They also do not respond to queries on time / ignore emails.
There are better management agencies out there.
