Savills definitely have the worst customer service, inexperienced and ignorant employees ever when it is coming to property management. They are horrendous and stressful to deal with.They constantly need to be reminded about everything. I don't understand why communication is not organised in such a way that no questions arise.

Very poor customer service in their rental section. 9 months on and we are still struggling to get issues dealt with in a timely manner. A mouse infestation on moving in and no central heating or hot water to name just two of the issues. Savills are paid by the landlord to 'manage' the property and yet are asking tenants to prove and sort out their own problems. Outrageous! The staff member I spoke to was rude and obfuscated the truth. Not what you expect from Savills. I would think twice before using this branch.

We should have read the reviews concerning poor management and customer service from this branch (despite the Savills name being so strong) prior to entering into a lease that Savills manage.

We have had a really appalling experience over the last 13 months in trying to get issues resolved in the apartment that existed when we moved in. From a leaking shower, blown light transformers, mould problems, swollen bathroom door that won't close, broken underfloor heating (and more) - we have constantly been told by Savills that the quotes are with the landlord and no further action happens. New quotes are generated and we repeatedly follow up with no result and get told the landlord is looking to claim from insurance. We even requested a 2 month early termination of the lease (with 5 months of notice) which was rejected. So no repairs and we can't get out the lease.

In short, Savills leased us an apartment which they've managed for the last 3 years so they should have known about all the issues. They have failed to resolve the issues in 13 months (and counting), we can't terminate the lease early and we still have to pay the full monthly rental of £2,500. In hindsight, they'll side with the landlord as that is where their fee comes from but nevertheless we expected fairer treatment from them. I would avoid them if possible, otherwise have a heavily negotiated lease with direct contact to the landlord to bypass Savills.

Savills is one of the top estate agent on the market but this company definitely have the worst customer service/ , inexperienced and ignorant employees ever when it is coming to property management.

Honestly no one should choose this company or their services as they are horrendous and stressful to deal with. BETTER off to somewhere that is not Savills.

We dealt with Rosa Halliday who was extremely helpful, professional and really took the time to understand the type / style of property we were looking for. While we did not find a property through Rosa in the end, I would highly recommend her and will not hesitate to use her in the future.

Absolute cretins, my friend has rented a property, finished his agreement, left the property way better than when he arrived, and can't get his deposit back as they say its down to the landlord, I'd like to say they are racist taking the lend of a Spanish guy just trying to make a life in England, shame on yous
