Please think twice before using snap finance!

They may be a great service at first when they’re charging you extortionate amounts but if you ever need a refund they will ghost you.

Applied for a course at open study college and got accepted and everything was perfect, at this stage I had 14 days to cancel if need be. A few days had gone by and had changed my mind. Open study college have a been a great service and helped me with the cancellation however Snap finance haven’t. Since November I have been waiting for my refund and it is currently mid January. Usually a refund process is around 3-5 working days or for larger amounts maybe a little longer. It’s has currently been 46 days since I have requested a refund and I have been back and forth with these, they asked for proof, they asked me to confirm with open study college with I have done all and they still have not done a thing. Over £500 they owe me and it looks like I’m not getting any of it anytime soon.

Please avoid using this company if you actually care about the hard earned money you have worked for.

Amazing team, never had an issue once’s, I paid my carpets over 2 years and a single mum I couldn’t afford to pay out all in one. They have been amazing from start to finish and made sure it was at a price I could afford, I’m now fully paid off and still my carpets look brand new after 2 years! Definitely recommend these guys.

Terrible service. Don't touch them. They will add on excessive interest rates and the customer service is terrible.
I've been trying to get a resolution to a dispute with GP Flooring and Furniture whereby I ordered and have been charged for a luscious carpet. The carpet fitted is a cheap, thin carpet that will not last 12 months. Gp flooring came to my house and attempted to give me a very low refund despite me telling him I've taken offcuts of the shoddy carpet to local carpet companies and it comes out at around £8 per meter. He's charged me £16 per meter! I asked him to leave my house as he was becoming very manipulating and dishonest and made racist remarks about Asians. Snap have done nothing but delay, refuse a refund and refuse to respond to emails. When you call, all you get is "if you don't pay, it'll affect your credit file and legal action can be taken". It's been 6 weeks now and still no further. DO NOT TOUCH THIS FINANCE COMPANY OR GP FLOORING AND FURNITURE WHICH SNAP ARE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Snap finance was arranged for me in around fifteen minutes.
I opted for a ‘Pay in Four’ account which gave me an interest free loan as long as it was paid off in full in four months.
Each month I was emailed to remind me when my next payment was due (very useful).
Would certainly consider using them again.

Excellent customer care and extremely happy with our sofas. Additionally when I had to raise an issue they were very prompt in sending someone out to correct this for me and I'm very happy. We paid in 4 and now done, I spoke to their customer service team a few times on phone and they were really friendly and happy. The guys that came out and delivered the sofa were just as efficient, friendly and helpful. Would recommend these guys to all (I have). Sonia 😊

Asked me for an honest review probably shouldn't of, I cancelled my college course and finance within my cooling off period. And was pestered everyday even though I shown proof, and even being threatened with my credit file..... Even though I'd cancelled I was having texts all day everyday was like speaking to a 2 year old child. Would I recommend absolutely not... Stay well clear obviously not interested in actual customer service. Chasing me for payments which I'd cancelled and explained to and shown proof from the college even lied saying they'd rang up and I sent all this proof via email... Thank god Ive now for confirmation that I did cancel my course because these are like ferrets..... And the customer service well is non existent.. Glad I'm not tied to them and seem sense and cancelled when I did

It was easy to be approved , I used snap finance to purchase a sofa , although I never realised how high the interest was , had I realised I would not of used Snap Finance. After never once missing a payment I applied for another loan only to be refused , this baffled me. It was then I checked why my loan wasn’t yet finished and I saw the huge interest. All finished now but I would only use them in dire straits purely because the interest is high .

This company is a complete joke as for the past 13 years I’ve tried for help from this company to help furnish my home and every single time they decline me and use the excuse it’s because of things on my credit file yet on looking at the reviews there’s a number of people that have clearly stated they’ve got help from snapfinance despite them having a bad credit rating which I’m glad I’ve actually seen as I’ve screenshot them and I’m having this company for discrimination as this is clearly what it is . Everytime I apply to this company I get declined and given the same excuse from them (it’s to do with your credit file ) yet you’ve clearly given loads of people credit who infact have a bad credit file so this isn’t the case it’s very clearly discrimination against me and I’m having you for it … I’d understand if I’d had credit from you but I’ve never had a thing from snap finance whatsoever and 13 year later from first applying and still been declined actually proves the intention that this company have against my name oh well the next step is the legal route as I’ve all the evidence I need now and the reviews topped this off
