The experience has been swift, we came in to view the property the day it got posted and received a confirmation of it being ours the following day. All the essential paperwork was done on the day, great experience. Can't wait to move into the property which comes across as well managed and maintained.

After he did such a great job letting our flat, we knew would only go to Jay and his colleagues at Paramount to let out our house. He surpassed all of our expectations and managed to get let agreed within 24 hours of advertising it online! Everything was arranged quickly and professionally from taking pictures and dealing with the referencing etc. If we decide to invest in another property or need to re-let in the future there is nobody else we would trust to do it on our behalf.

Jay advertised my flat to let after it had already been up with another agent for a few weeks without success. My friend has lived in one of there properties for just over 2 years there is still damp and mould everywhere and the radiators haven't worked since she moved into the property, they don't send tradesmen just handymen to work on the property who don't have a clue what there doing they are just rude and ignorant people who are more interested in telling you how to live your life than doing the repairs needed. What a joke.
