We have been so impressed with Hunters from the very start of the process of selling our property - they really did stand out as the most professional of the agents we approached, and made us feel confident that they could achieve a good outcome for us. Hunters have an exceptional team in their Chatham office. It was only 10 days from the time I spotted a property that I liked in their window to having had an offer accepted on it - and selling my own property.

I couldn’t recommend Hunters in Chatham enough, choosing them as our EA was a no brainer. Mark and Luke have been so so helpful throughout the process and were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had or help make the process run smoothly. I also feel that they had a great communication channel into our buyers which put us all as ease.

They made our home look it’s absolute best (which nearly made us not want to let it go!) and have a fantastic marketing strategy which meant our house sold in 2-weeks flat. Even in a chain of 4 properties we managed to complete in just over 3-months which is no mean feat and in part down to the hard work they put in alongside their sales progressor.
