Poor quality places. I've had 3 places off them now and all 3 properties have needed works which have not been done and just covered up with paint. The previous 2 properties were covered with damp and mould which a social worker made them move me. The current property has the council involved. At first they were really helpful but as the years have gone by their etiquette has become poor. I also have damp issues and they REFUSE to sort it.

What an absolute joke of a letting agent avoid at all cost. Disgusting attitude to tenants. Haven't got a clue what they are doing. Their properties are absolutely disgusting don't keep up with things that are in need of repair. Not interested when things need doing.

Oak Property Associates is amazing! I visited them and after a week they found the perfect house for me! Ignore the bad comments - they are really considerate! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I ran into a dilemma - I couldn't find a decent house for the right price -my brother and sister recommended me to go to Oak but after reading the bad reviews I hesitated. In the end I visited as I was that desperate - They were fabulous! In no time I found a property that I liked! Recommend to try!

Oak is a very good company. Will try to help in anyway possible and have good deals. I would highly recommend if in Rochdale. FANTASTIC!!!! - Also, I would like to point out that I am not the owner of OAK - He is called Asif Nazir - I am a customer (that coincidentally has a name like Asif Nazir) and my brother, sister and I all moved to separate houses with the help of Oak Property Associates.

The estate agents were very helpful and gave us both a better insight into rented accommodation as well as good areas we could try on a low budget althey also helped to explain how the local bound board worked , all together a very good agency

I would like to say that Oak Property Assocciates helped a lot - they told me and advised about mortgage and have had 20 years experience. Amazing.
