I’ve had only some small repairs to report within this time but every time the response was quick and they try they best to get a contractor to fix the repairs quick as possible. My experience with portfolio team was amazing!! Not only they rented us a fabulous 3bed house, they made sure that the house is handed for tenancy in top class state. Throughout our stay duration, Lynn and the team were always there to address any (even minor) issues reported. They are a very prompt and friendly team. Even during the notice period, they were very helpful and kept guiding with ‘to do checklists’ which really helped to have a smooth handover.
They completed the ‘move out’ check on the same date of handing keys over. This was (again) done promptly within hours of keys handover. Team also didn’t raise any un- necessary concerns over status of the house and were very accommodating with usual ‘wear and tear’.They even released the house deposit within a day’s time.

I would recommend them to any and all for their renting needs.

I rented a flat with Portfolios for nearly 4 years and they made a refreshing change to previous agents that I have dealt with. The best part of their approach is that they listened and didn't take shortcuts with maintainence requests, and were overall pretty swift in fixing or replacing anything that was needed. I would also say that as they are a small team, you don't feel like just one of many clients on their books, as you often speak to the same people. Thanks Lynn and the team for all your help!
