Excellent stay at the JW Grosvenor London. From the moment we arrived we were treated with tremendous kindness and excellent customer service.
What went well:
First, our room was beautiful, updated, clean and very well appointed. Housekeeping was fantastic and took great pride in their job. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
Second, the executive lounge was exceptionally well done. Every staff member was warm, helpful and sincere. The food, snack and beverage selections were wonderful. Every team member in the lounge went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
Third, the location of the hotel is perfect. Easy to walk to a number of restaurants and shopping as well as Hyde Park.
The best part of our stay was the wonderful team of staff at the JW Marriott London. Everyone we encountered was top notch. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Already looking forward to a return trip.

I am struggling with this review. The property is well-located and well-maintained. Overall, it is a nice hotel with a very posh vibe if that is what you are looking for, but I found that it bordered on stuffy and pretentious. Perhaps that comes with the location of being next to Hyde Park. While the hard product of the hotel is quite good and well-maintained, I struggled with the service. I found it a bit cold and inconsistent. For example, when dialing for guest services, it would only be answered around 50% of the time. Many times, we could not get someone to answer during our stay. I found certain individuals at the front desk to be rude and unhelpful. There were a few times they had committed to follow-up on a request but never did. Housekeeping was wonderful, and the room was well-appointed. I did not find the rooms tired like some other reviewers. Overall, it's a nice luxury hotel, but it's not my vibe. Will try another hotel in a different part of London.

I had an amazing experience at this facility, and the standout feature was definitely the staff. Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and the atrium team was so accommodating—Vivek was great, but it was Joine who truly went above and beyond. He made our afternoon tea on Saturday, the 15th, at 3 pm unforgettable with his exceptional service and attention to detail. The housekeeping team was professional and thorough, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The concierge staff, including Jimmy and Stefano, made sure we felt well taken care of while still maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I knew this stay was going to be special when I received an email prior to arrival from the Guest Services Team letting me know about the hotel and wanting to know if I had any special requests. Flying into London overnight, we were greeted promptly and warmly by the desk agent. She was so friendly and told us of London restaurants to try and additional venues to visit. Our room wasn't quite ready so she personally took us to the restaurant where we were offered complimentary coffee while we waited. ||The room was large, spacious and well appointed. The room robes, bathroom towel warmer and soft/luxurious bed were nice touches. As if all of this wasn't enough for a 5 start review, the hotel Guest Services Team and head pastry chef had left me a chocolate raspberry desert, along with a personalized card, to celebrate my birthday. ||We truly hated to leave as the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London staff and experience were amazing. I whole heartedly recommended this hotel for its staff, location and experience.

Once again Marriott Grosvenor House exceeded all expectations!!!||From checking in to leaving everything was great.||Had an executive room and access into the new club lounge which was lovely, food and drink once again was excellent. Every member of staff was very helpful and extremely kind and curtious. I was travelling alone this time I was going to a catering exhibition and felt totally safe at all times for a lone female traveller.||My room was lovely and quite and the bed was so comfy.||A short walk to Bond Street or Marble Arch tube and the Elizabeth line. 5 minutes to Oxford Street shopping and a bit longer to Regent Street.||I will be back soon.

Great place for a family when traveling to London. Suites are spacious and the staff is amazing. Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping and Room Service all 5 star! This is the place to stay if you travel to London and want to have more space than a hotel room, but close to all the nice parts of London!
