This is a very special shout out to Victoria at Woodley & Associates, who has been nothing but amazing!! She has responded to every single query we’ve had, helped us massively through a hard time and taken over from someone else there who should have been dealing with our queries and gone above and beyond her role! If you had asked me a a couple months or so ago I would have been fairly negative due to the person who was dealing with our block of flats, as all emails and phone calls have been ignore other than the ones that person was forced to reply to but along comes Victoria and shes been outstanding since the outset and honestly so grateful because she had made everything so stress free and easy!
