We just rented through Brightwater and everyone so far was amazing. Isobelle showed us our property and answered all our questions and emails without delay and helped us make the move easier. Excellent experience with Brightwater and Isobelle securing a tenancy in Southampton.

Isobelle was always extremely (sometimes unbelievably) prompt with communication throughout the process, extremely patient and reassuring (I was an anxious wreck by the time we got to Brightwater), very flexible, personable, and quick to resolve or action any queries.

We're almost 3 weeks into the tenancy and this has so far been the most professionally managed property I've ever rented.

I want to highlight, for those to whom this might matter, that as a neurodivergent person with invisible disabilities, currently unable to work and therefore on various benefits, at no point did I feel I was treated differently, or as an undesirable tenant, because of my circumstances. We met affordability checks and that was that.

Seems simple enough, but it feels important to state because we came across Brightwater after a 9 months of, at times, soul-destroying search for a home with Southampton's more local agencies - and I cannot say the same for most of them.

Thanks, Brightwater and Izzy, for liberating us from that fresh hell - I can finally, finally prioritise my health and managing my condition, and slotting all the important foundations of life back into place. I truly hope you take pride in and continue in this manner.
