My mum was the original owner of her flat at Dukes Mill, which she purchased over 40 years ago. Throughout the years the building has been managed by Aquero, the staff, particularly Myra and Darrell, have always shown my Mum such kindness and were always quick to remedy any issue she may have had. We moved the management of our 93 flat development away from another company in 2016. Over the last year they have provided a top rate service, many improvements have been carried out to the development, the collection of service charges from residents has been efficient but best of all if you have a problem you can pick up the phone and get the problem resolved quickly.
They have even attended in the middle of the night when we had fire in a bin store and stayed until they had done all they could.
They are slightly more expensive than our previous agents but as they do not have any hidden charges the overall price is less than we were paying for an infinitely superior service.
If you are not satisfied with your existing management company I recommend that you contact Arquero.
