After two years and three projects, we can safely say that MSP are great to work with. Pragmatic. Human. Solution-focused, they have listened and worked with us to overcome bumps in the road. We have always been able to pick up the phone and talk without delay. Chris Shephard and Rupert Morrall have been great, drawdowns are paid fast by the friendly finance team and even the legal team are refreshingly responsive. All banks are expensive but MSP have genuinely related to us a customer.
