We had such a good experience using Woolley and Wallis (W&W) as buyers, would definitely recommend! We mostly dealt with James from the Fordingbridge office and his service was amazing - no question was too small, prompt replies and regular updates. Tom was also involved and all his email communications were great.

We were in a complex chain and W&W were so helpful every step of the way - James promptly arranged viewings, kept us updated with the progress of the purchase and answered any question we had quickly and with lots of information. The purchase actually fell through (nothing W&W could have done, sellers just changed their minds with no warning!), and they called us straightaway to let us know and helped us line up another viewing with under two days' notice.

We ended up finding another house by chance that was offered by a different agent. Despite this, we were impressed with James' service and, if we were selling in the area, we would definitely consider using W&W based on the service we received as buyers. A huge thank you to James and the team for their work and wishing W&W all the very best (I wish all estate agents were like them!).

Appalling, unprofessional and disrespectful!

The estate agent, stood up my wife for a scheduled appointment after she took the day off to drive 1h each way. To make matters worse, when questioned he hung up on her.

This has cost them the sale of a smaller property and the lost chance of handling 3 other estates we own in the area.

Avoid this agency if you value your time, courtesy and reliability.
