There may be others providing this service (Medallion Guarantee) for international clients but I chose IWC cause they are referred to by Computershare. Steve Pyott and Loren Jarvis are very professional and has been most helpful. They promptly and patiently replied all my (many) queries (minus the time difference between SG and UK). I opted for Premium Service which includes checking that all documents are inplace and resubmitting if required. It also includes forwarding the document to Computershare via International Priority Courier after obtaining the MG. If you need the Medallion Guarantee but not a US citizen, I would recommend IWC to you.
