Parry Property Management were absolutely amazing when taking over from our previous Management Company. As the only Director, they guided everything through smoothly for me.

Sadly, I am no longer a resident/owner or Director of the flat so won't be benefitting from the fruits of both mine and PPM's labour but I know I left the other Residents/Owners and Directors in more than capable hands. I will miss working with them.

Highly Recommend Parry Property Management if you need a personal touch and truly caring staff. They care about each individual in the block.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star but I can’t put a review without selecting at least one - they do not deserve any stars!!!! Waste of a space Mickey Mouse firm.

They never do anything they say they are going to do! Never reply to calls & when you eventually get through to someone they tell you what you want to hear knowing full well they have no plans to do the things that you are calling back they just want to get you off of the phone!
The staff are rude and quite frankly intimidating and I really really wish I never agreed to live somewhere where Parry Property Management are the managers of!!!!!!! Because let’s face it they have no people skills at all and they can’t manager anything!
I don’t understand why people have to speak so rudely to residents and I don’t understand where all of the money goes - it’s all lies everything they say is lies!

BE WARNED - I have learnt from my mistakes - look into your management company before buying / rent somewhere!!!!!

Stay away from PARRY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - they don’t manager anything! All they think about is themselves!

This company needs to be taken over by a company that knows how to run one properly!
I've never come across a team of people who are extremely rude, unhelpful, unreliable. They also have poor customer service skills and all need to go on a course to realise just how important it is when speaking to their residents/tenants to have a bit of respect and compassion.
