Chloe Stuttle has been such a help in my search for a property. We chose Gary from Haart as he was just different from your 'normal' estate agent as he was warm and empathetic to our situation due to it being my parents house and he wasn't just a sales person. He spent the time with us to explain everything and provide his honest opinion on expectations and relieved some of our concerns. We gained a buyer very quickly and then Chloe managed the sale very well and was lovely and warm on the phone and it also felt like she definitely had our best interests at heart with her approach. I also had some interactions with Ollie and Charisma who were also helpful and informative throughout. From what was an emotional time for us with dealing with bereavement and selling our childhood home, the team made us feel supported and dealt with it in a warm and professional manner throughout. Excellent service from start to finish! We sold our house during a difficult period and they accommodated all our needs. They helped to market the property and then once sold, helped progress the sale to completion. We were really impressed with the team and would definitely use them again in the future. We had tried to sale the property with a different estate agent previously and this fell through, so we found the value of having Charisma (our sales progresses) very useful.

We are currently living in a property managed by Haart and we had an issue with our shower, although it took a while to get sorted (no fault of anybody at Haart) we was kept in the loop through out and everything was dealt with perfectly. Huge thanks to Callum for all of his help with this and checking in after the work was complete to make sure we was happy with everything.

Communication throughout our sale has been excellent, never had to chase up or felt like things were being held up. Really proactive and always so personable on phone and email. Would not hesitate to use Haart again, a million miles from our experience with another estate agent. Would highly recommend Haart Braintree. They have been really helpful with the purchase of our first home. Chloe has been really professional, polite and friendly throughout the process. Chloe went out of her way to arrange a viewing for us first thing in the morning and was really knowledgeable, answering any questions we had about the process. She is a credit to the company!
