At the top of a chain selling a leasehold retirement property as Executor mine was never going to be an easy sale. However, with professional, sensible, valuation advice and a "no nonsense" approach to the marketing campaign, Colin made me feel comfortable that Kings Property would find a suitable buyer in a reasonable time. I was not disappointed. The asking price was achieved with Colin's help in the negotiations. I felt supported throughout the process and Colin and his team were only too willing to find answers and encourage the other parties in the chain (and their agents and conveyancers!) whenever I started to feel anxious about the rate of progress or the commitment to an early resolution. I highly recommend their services.

We brought our first property with Kings, and cannot thank Daniel and Colin enough for their support in the process. Due to probate our purchase took a lot longer to complete. But thanks to Daniel and Colin - and the vendors - we were always kept in the loop as and when updates happened.
Whenever we had a query they were quick to find the answer for us. We viewed the property a few times during the process - and brought family members along with us. They were always friendly and chatty and again weren’t scared to answered questions from the other family members at the viewings.

A family member has worked with a lot of estate agents for work and even said “I can say they aren’t cowboy estate agents. They actually care”.

Not that we plan to sell anytime soon, but when the time comes and we will definitely approach kings for their services!
