I decided to change accountants and joined vma Bookkeeping earlier this year.
I was far from happy with my last accountant which was a big company which had a lot of people working for them. The problem was whenever I had a query and needed to speak to someone, I never got the same person twice. There was no personal touch. That's all changed with Vicky at vma Bookkeeping. Always there to take a call and is very patient and explains things to me if I don't quite get it.
