I have been using a safe deposit centre at a bank when a friend recommended me to these guys. No word of lie but the experience was just WOW. The dealing individual Ms Neha was so kind & helpful and explained the whole process very nicely. She helped me choose the correct box to best suit our needs.
Never had such an experience dealing with someone.

I had an excellent experience with The Safety Deposit Centre in Birmingham. My first call was with Manisha, who was brilliant on the phone and explained everything in detail. My second call to confirm the booking was with Neha, who was also very pleasant and helpful. I was running a little late, but both Manisha and Neha stayed behind to set up the deposit box for us. This is a 10-star service. Great value and packages. Highly recommended!

Honestly please don’t listen to the 1 stars reviews the people working here is very pleasant and polite to you and this place is well worth the price the place is very secure and very professional and the staff is also professional as well they have some of the best service and safety protocol I would recommend

Wish I could them below 1 star !!!! They just lie to you about everything and anything once you put ur belongings here forget about them forever because either the receptionist will be keeping lines busy on purpose or be on calls for her personal use. I have tried to call this place 1 week in a row and on many different times. She doesn’t answer the phone calls and if she does all she is going to say is there are no appointments available! We needed to get our passports for an emergency travel and she didn’t let us access our locker for days. Please do not waste ur time and money at this place. Staff is beyond unprofessional and extremely rude to everyone. They either need to get rid of old staff and hire new employees to keep this place going or change the operations .

The company didn’t contact me 4 weeks prior to my renewal as stated in contract. Instead when my renewal was overdue they started harassing me for payment with additional “late fee” on top. As well this they kept making excuses when returning my key deposit. It took them 6 weeks of constant calling and harassing for them to refund the deposit after contract had ended. Which had to be returned within 7 days as stated on the contract. They kept making excuses. Family run business but money hungry. Would not recommend
