Have been here twice the last couple of weeks to do the annual Christmas shopping.

Such a nice atmosphere and I got everything I needed.

Customer service was supportive with us when searching for shops, parking was reasonable and it's been decorated really nice this year. Food quarter has lots of options too.

Nothing wrong with the Mall, but when it takes 1 hour 10 minutes to exit the car park due to gridlock on their car parks then they’ve got issues.

And if you don’t think it’s your issue it’s even worse. Get a grip Merry Hill.

PS lots of places to charge your electric car on the way out of P4, and plenty of time while you’re waiting to leave….

Merry Hill used to be a great place for shopping and then food once you're finished... But it is a lot different now, the whole place has turned into one giant restaurant. All the good shops have closed down and restaurants have taken their place. Don't get me wrong, some of the restaurants are amazing, but I wish there were more normal shops.

Massive shopping mall WITH ALL THE traditional mall shops and eateries. Very popular with families. Probably has something for everyone..plus many other large stores outside (T.K.MAX. B&M. PLUS OTHERS)and a wetherspoons 🥳. Massive carpark with dedicated spaces for disabled. People with small children. Electric vehicle charging. Absolutely fabulous area.

Merry Hill Shopping Centre is a large indoor shopping destination offering a wide range of high street and everyday brands and stores. It's family friendly, has buggies available for young children, and features a very large Eat Central with numerous eateries and restaurants.

The centre offers a large, free car park, but be prepared for it to be very packed on weekends and holidays. Entertainment options include a Hollywood bowl in the facility an Odeon cinema nearby, along with many restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity.

While Merry Hill is a good okish for general shopping needs, it may not be the best place for luxury or designer clothing. However, for everyday items, dining, clothing, home and entertainment, it provides a pleasant and convenient place for visitors of all ages.

Very busy with inconsiderate shoppers. I'm not against anyone having a lovely day out and browsing the shops and taking their times. My issue is, is when they feel the need to take up the entire walkway and won't let anyone pass... especially when it's busy. There is a good variety of shops, and it is well organised, and sign posted. Car parking isn't normally an issue due to the amount of car parks available to go in.

Love No. 5 however the Chanel sales team in Boots at Merry Hill are most definitely No. 1 - the best customer service we've ever received. We drive miles to visit here and indulge ourselves with Chanel beauty products. The experience is amazing, coupled with the attention to detail and provenance of the products is exceptionally something special. We were looked after from entering the store with sincerity, professionalism and genuine kindness sealed with warming smiles.
Jane & Natalie assisted me to choose my allure homme edition blanche perfume and upsold me to the 100ml bottle at a great price. Thanks to all in your amazing team Sam, cant wait to come back and see you all again.

I love Merry Hill but placing a "field" in the Lower Mall using real grass has made it smell ugh, it's a really weird idea, and it's all a bit of a mess now really with M and S all over the place during renovations and all the boarded up shops, it's losing its sheen and what's with all the jewellery shops ? My husband said they need another Debenhams not a high end furniture/electrical shop selling sofas for £5000 plus !!! A bit more ventilation please might make for a more pleasant shopping experience !!
