Terrible company - I would not recommend buying a property they manage. We have been with them for over 5 years and the communication is awful, send invoices for service as they like, do not communicate in advance, ignore and do not respond to emails. This year they increased service charges and didn't advise in advance then mid year another increase with no explanation. Avoid at all costs

This company is a large corporation but yet finds it so so so so difficult to comprehend and implement a way to collect payments! So frustrating that they place a HUGE burden on tenants to make payments in a certain way that could easily be compared to applying for a mortgage! The process they have just recently requested tenants to use is so troublesome and unnecessary that its giving me undue anxiety! They send emails so scary and even almost threatening. They really need to look into better customer relations. Their attitude is one that oozes neglect and disrespect towards long term tenants! Honestly, I hate their administration!

They are the worse company to deal with. Never rent a shop from them. Really bad communications. They randomly send you bills hoping you don’t ask questions and just pay. Last year they randomly sent me £4600 for building insurance for 8 months when I first signed the lease they told me it’s £270 a year. After trying to contact them for more than 10 times they agreed the numbers are wrong. And sent me a new bill of £300 for the year. Yes from £4600 to £300. At first they were tryna convince me that £4600 is the right amount and it’s the cheapest they could find and also saying they would take you to court if you don’t pay.
Now they resurfaced the car park and increased the service charge by 43%. They told us that the work will take 6 weeks but it took 11 weeks. So we were without a car park for nearly 3 months. The work is done now and car park is fully open. I asked them for proof of payment to see how much they actually paid the contractor to see if it matches the extra amount we are paying them. They don’t want to send it over. They are keep saying the work is not fully signed off when it is.
At the end of each year they will send you a random bill saying they have over spent this year and you have to pay this much extra.
My shop had a leaking at the back and for 3 months I was calling them to come and fix it. They were keep saying they will send someone over but they never did. When my solicitor called them about it, they denied that I called them about it.
Avoid them at all cost. Non of their tenants are happy with them over here.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with . Every other person contact you for same issue .I av rang them about it and I was told I will av to deal with there solicitors while we are dealing with them send them proof of all payments details while I av email from there solicitors saying she is waiting for update and while we dealing with this they send me enforcement letter .can’t wait for my lease to finish with this company Cheethemhill shopping center Manchester dont ever think of renting you will be in big trouble not much business and very high rent .no security gate is broken for 2 years not been fixed . Camera don’t work even police came and shocked that camera are not working car park full of drug dealer dealing while they are doing anything about it

Avoid anything to do with this company, they pick numbers out of thin air to charge for works never done , wouldn't trust them to run a bath, don't know how they get away with it.
