What a fantastic service we received at the Trade Counter by this company. I think it was Chloe who served us and after being a little anxious as we’d never sold gold before, Chloe put us at ease. I probably should have used their postal service but still received a great response. My mother had several sovereigns to sell and the process was very open, no pressure to sell and I felt we received an honest and fair price. The money was credited and after usual 3 day bank process my mum received the funds. Thank you BullionBy Post

This company´s unreliability and lack of responsibility is beyond words. No one has the capability to ensure a successful door to door delivery. The new dispatcher, FEDEX, that has a terrible reputation worldwide. They wrote twice that they tried delivery at a time that I was at home. No one rang the door bell. Then, I stayed home all day last Friday and again today and both times I received emails at 5:22pm and 12:06pm respectively stating the delivery would not happen until the next day! I cannot keep waiting for days on end for a phantom unreliable deliveries. On top of that emails to the sales team go unanswered for days and phone messages to an answering service that picks up are not returned for over a week or more. It's really pathetic how this company works. Will I receive my products or not?

I'm absolutely gobsmacked the the extremely terrible level of customer service by bullion by post.

I ordered a gift for my girlfriends birthday. I received an email with a tracking number. See the image. That's gold left on the side of my door.

When purchasing this item I clicked on tracked and signed for. I called bullion by post and explained that I had come home and there was no parcel there.

The male who answered the phone advised me that the post made would have left it in a safe place! I explained it's gold and should have been signed for. He advised me that there would be a thorough investigation and would take 3 weeks. No apologies or any thought for my situation. I had to go out and buy another present for my girlfriend.

Upon the investigation I've received an email advising they would not be replacing or refunding me any money due to the royal mail delivering my item. The picture clearly shows it wasn't signed for or delivered.

I purchased silver coins worth a few hundred pounds from Bullion by Post as a birthday gift for my father, opting for the tracked and signed-for service provided by Royal Mail 24. However, the tracking information shockingly revealed that the item was left on the floor, and there was no signature confirming its delivery.

I immediately contacted Bullion by Post to inquire about the precise delivery location so I could retrieve the parcel. Instead of assisting, they demanded confidential documents which I was extremely uncomfortable providing. My request was straightforward — for them to verify the parcel's location with Royal Mail so I could collect it.

Regrettably, they refused to pursue the matter with Royal Mail unless I provided the documents, citing their terms and conditions. However, as they are neither a government body nor a bank, their demand for such sensitive information is unwarranted and excessive.

They even suggested that I contact Royal Mail myself, but as Royal Mail only deals directly with the sender, this was not a feasible solution. Bullion by Post's unwillingness to help has resulted in a complete loss of the money spent and a ruined birthday celebration for my father.

I am sharing this experience to caution potential customers about their practices. Please be aware that their customer support may be unhelpful and their document demands invasive, potentially leaving you out of pocket without recourse.

I appreciate your need for a thorough investigation into this matter. However, I am not comfortable providing my ID to an online company, particularly when even Royal Mail does not require such personal information to conduct an investigation. It is both shocking and appalling that your willingness to assist is contingent upon receiving documents that I consider sensitive and excessive for the situation.

I am confident that other companies would value their customers more, appreciate their business, and be more accommodating in resolving such issues.

Super easy to find once you are in Birmingham the only pain was to get into and out of the main city. The office is based on the 16th floor and for someone who doesn't use lifts it killed me half way up. Took 5 mins to sell my stuff and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When you drive to Birmingham don't forget the green air tax. It was £8 for my car for one day. Also there is a car park just outside the office so it was quick. I paid for 2 hours but didn't need one.

Their postal service is truly terrible. I took an entire day off and stayed home, waiting for my PAMP GOLD BAR.

However, the postman never showed up, and no one rang the doorbell. When I checked the Royal Mail website, I discovered that my GOLD BAR worth almost £300 had been left on the ground outside my apartment door in an incredibly busy and unsafe neighborhood. 🤔😮

They wouldn’t drop a penny on the ground, yet they left £300 GOLD on the ground and walked away. Disgusting.

Good at selling but extremely bad at buying. Tried to contact them for one whole week to sell back some gold with no reply given or team is busy. Coins are overpriced not worth the buck. Better to buy local.
