G and T were a pleasure to deal with from the valuation to completion.
We had 3 different estate agents valuations done and one of reasons we chose G and T was the enthusiasm shown at the valuation in selling the property for us at a realistic price.
We opted for the premium pack no sale no fee, plus we paid the extra for G and T to do the viewings for us. It was two days from valuation to photos being live on the internet and board up. We had several viewings over the 11 days once it went live to accepting an offer. G and T kept us informed of the viewings and any feedback back each time. They have been a professional guidance on all aspects of selling a property and Louise has replied to all emails sent and phone calls made the same day.
It’s been a pleasure wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
