This is the worst state agency I’ve had ever! Viviana Matute is unprofessional, unpolite and disrespectful. The maintenance team is awful as the customer services. The only care about get the money and forget about their responsibility. I had the WHOLE month of January without heater and electricity living with 3 kids at home. She ignored me, didn’t replay any text or email till the moment I contacted with the council solutions. Then , they fixed electricity but still waiting for the rest ( mould, condensation and mice infestation). Plus she contacted all my family and friends lying about delay payments. She likes latin tenants to take advantage of their because they don’t speak English and lack of knowledge about the law. Like me when I moved here 3 years ago. Not recomendación!!!!

Finally got round to writing this review. We had used Roathan for 7+ years to manage our property however the lady took advantage over our lack of knowledge on the property rental market and made regular late payments, failed to do any KYC checks on the tenants, failed or maintain the property as per contractual agreements, failed her legal obligations, also failed to update the contract ever and didn't ever provide us with an update on who was living in the property. She didn't provide a decent basic service to a landlord so I can only imagine how bad she was for tenants. We attempted to put the property on the market several times but had been stalled by Viviana each time until finally putting our foot down during covid and then she left us to deal with the tenants directly when she failed to serve notice for months and then didn't respond to our communications; only responding when we had been informed a date by tenants but we obviously incurred a financial loss as our property was damaged and rent not collected. We were even threatened that she will contact her solicitor for asking her to communicate with us in a timing and respectful fashion. No doubt I will receive a abusive call once this review is posted. Swearing, shouting and failing to answer calls and emails is her style of work. We have raised several complaints about this firm to the Property Redress Scheme thankfully recording every piece of communication with her over the last 3 years so there's clear evidence of this firm's mismanagement and negligence. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE.
They are very unprofessional & don't carry out appropriate checks of legal ownership of their rental properties, which is mandatory by law . "So properties don't get sub let illegally ' as happened to me.
They have caused me to lose one of my rental properties =£200,000 because they STOLE my rental payments and i am now in the process of going to court with their handy man and them selves.
PLEASE steer clear of this CORRUPT COMPANY.
Recommendation 'LEADERS LETTING AGENTS' a reputable agent.
Roathan Letting and property Management Ltd are also under investigation with the letting agent ombudsmen.{PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME]

FRAUD FRAUD agency keep away!!!!!
An unprofessional agency, do not be fooled once you make the contract it never responds to the problem it is 2 months waiting for them to come and repair the humanity problem in my bathroom and kitchen. In my opinion never make contract with these agency are uninhabitable and the prices are super expensive.

Also they are not part of any Government Agency, they took deposit from me and refused to refund.
