Very impressed with the forward thinking and quality of build by Grenadier Estates. All fittings are to a very high standard and the Ground source heating works perfectly within very well insulated accomodation. The whole development at St Margaret's Residence is well thought-out and makes a very desirable place to live. Only a short walk to Magdalen Road shops with local bistros and food produce. The centre of Exeter is only a short walk further down the hill.
