I have had some terrible accountants over the last 2 years and came across The Fresh Accountancy Company Limited who are very local to me and what a breath of fresh air they are.
So professional, easy to understand fee structure and great with Xero which my old accountants did not understand. They hold your hand through everything which is just what I needed. So can thoroughly recommend them. Great people.

I don't think any other accountant genuinely cares about their customers, the team are unbelievable, even on holiday/days off if it's urgent they help, a dedicated support makes such a difference, never having to repeat what you are wanting help with.

Constantly spamming me! I have never spoken to this lot but they don't give up...at least an email a week and their unsubscribe link (that I didn't subscribe to in the first place!) has Malware warnings flashing up all over the place. They really wouldn't inspire me even if we were looking for a new accountant!
