In short poor!! After two years of doing my tax return this year failed to do so, when contacted pretended to be surprised by the fact I had been charged a penalty. Despite many phone calls and emails , all Not replied to apart from the initial enquiry, had to contact the tax office my self in the end to find out what was going on. Says in advert understanding needs well clearly not, say honest well again clearly not. Very disappoint Mike in lack of honesty, customer service, replying to queries and basic etiquette!!!!!!! One star does not do you justice this year thanks for the £100 fine appreciated !!!!
