I would recommend you don’t use this company at all, as I have called them each month and they took multiple hours and days to actually respond. Once they actually picked up, they kept transferring me to different places who all conveniently were unable to help me and had to transfer me somewhere else. Once they transferred me to their supervisor Mr. Lee, he had no clue what was going on and was even more unhelpful than the rest of them. This company has wasted multiple working days where I couldn’t conduct my business due to their shoddy products and customer service. Now that I’ve tried to cancel, they have refused this and extended it for an extra year for no apparent reason. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I would not touch this company and the related evopayments with a barge pole. It took over a month to set up the contract, then another 10 days for the terminals to be delivered. Despite 3 delivery attempts to set up the terminals I was continually promised 'tomorrow'. I was without card payment facilities for over 10 days and it crucified my business. No recompense or apology. If they try to counterargue this review, it will be a load of codswallop.

Took out a contract with Elavon through this company. When the contract was received for signature the PCI & MMSC fees had been increased from the original quote. Queried this with Britpay and received an email on 16 July from them to say they had confirmation from Elavon that this was incorrect and I would be charged what I was originally quoted. First bill received with the incorrect fees. Elavon said I had to take it up with Britpay as I took the contract out through them. Contacted Britpay on 21 Sept and had to continually chase them and they kept giving excuses and saying they were still sorting it for me. Nearly 5 months later after chasing them again they replied to say I had to take it up with Elavon as they were saying the fees were correct so back to square one! It took one call to Elavon who agreed I had been overcharged for the MMSC and they immediately refunded me. They however insisted the PCI was correct and they would never charge the figure in my quote as it was too low. They said the PCI proposed by Britpay on their quote was declined and they never confirmed to them that I would be charged the figure quoted. They also re-iterated this to Britpay on 4 October. I immediately sent an email to Britpay to complain as they had been lying all this time. Can never get hold of them on the phone either. Terrible company and terrible service. Don't trust the quote they give you. Bunch of liars!

Do not use this company! We used them back in 2016 and have just found out that they have continued to take money from us monthly for terminals that we returned to them in 2016. When confronted with this they said that they never received the terminals back from us. We have provided them with Royal Mail Receipts showing proof of postage to them and they are still refusing to resolve it. Awful Company & awful customer service!

This company is horrendous they call themselves British. They farm the system out to another country. I have been with them for a month and owed £1978 and not received a penny. Do not trust them
