My mother receives home care visits from Bluebird Care three times a week. They help her to wash/dress. All of the women we have met have been polite and respectful to my mother; and have treated her with a lot of kindness and consideration The office staff are also very easy to talk to. There are occasional glitches, but I don't doubt that they are trying their best to provide a service that suits our situation. It must be quite a challenging job.

Following a hip replacement I called upon the support of Bluebird Care. An assessment before the operation was most helpful and we agreed a programme of daily visits. As I slowly recovered mobility the visits were reduced to three times a week and soon I will be able to dispense with their help.
Throughout I have been most impressed with Bluebird Care, both from the admin side and the carers who are conscientious and willing to deal with any task. I strongly recommend the service they offer.

Bluebird Care have been fantastic in accommodating our needs, from the initial point of contact to the final delivery of their services and their continuation of services. The managers have bent over backwards to support us. We have no concerns to raise at all with the service and the care that is provided to our pupils is always first class. The care team have fitted into the school extremely well and have become an integral part of our team. They have made a huge difference to the way in which we run the school and the care of the pupils is at its highest. Bluebird care is a great company to work for, I have worked as a bank carer since February 2018. There is always someone there on the end of the telephone for assistance, you are never on your own. You are encouraged to progress within the company, if that’s what you want. If there is particular field you want to build your knowledge on, they encourage you to do that too.

We needed care for my husbands 90 year old grandmother who had always been very independent and had lived in her own home for the last 40 years but had now become very immobile and a little unwell. As a family we were all taking turns to look after her but just didn't have the experience to meet her growing needs.
After what become a difficult decision let alone a minefield looking at other options, we were recommended Bluebird Care in Winchester by a family friend and have not looked back since. It has allowed our grandmother to retain her independence with the comfort of her own home and surroundings but with the care that she needs from the quality nursing care and support she needs now.
Bluebird Care are fully deserving of their outstanding ratings and in our experience, are a cut above the other care providers. The fact they supported her in her own home was a big positive compared to moving a loved one into a care home, in our case knowing our grandmother was so against it.
