Appointment cancelled at last minute for the second time. Got a txt to ask me to call to confirm today’s appointment at 12:30 for windscreen replacement. Oh sorry the glass hasn’t come! To happen to me twice suggests they need to get their process sorted. Very unhappy, still driving round with a massive crack in the windscreen and now I’ve got to start all over again. This time I will try someone else. Can’t recommend this service. No apology, I had to call them, zero customer service, zero service.

Fantastic service! New windscreen and ADAS calibration all carried out quickly and professionally. Kept fully informed throughout the job and had a small follow up question answered the next day. Highly recommend!

3rd attempt at getting the fitting done this week. So be prepared for some flexibility due to circumstances beyond your control.
But the National Windscreens employee I dealt with was professional, courteous, friendly & efficient.
New windscreen fitted & calibrated in 90mins. Well done & thank you.

I was due to take the car in on a Monday morning. They called me at home on the Friday and offered me a home visit that afternoon.
Within two hours I gad a new windscreen

Very good price quoted by my local branch (Hereford) and the agreed appointment time was kept precisely by the mobile technician. Martin's work on my car was careful and faultless - and I cannot rate his skill and professionalism highly-enough. This guy is worth his weight in gold to the company ! TERRIBLE SERVICE! So annoyed.....booked a windscreen repair today, changed my whole work diary to fit in with appointment, waiting at my office all day after calling to confirm the appointment in the morning. No one has turned up. I checked my phone and I received a text to say 'your appointment is on the 18/11/2021). No other communication with them, no phone call, no notification. I am so angry because this was the only day I could fit it in this week and I am away next week. Really poor service and really poor customer service. You cannot even contact the local branch.

Great customer service, professional and Friendly. Very happy with the whole process. Only a 5 minute walk to town whilst they do the replacement.
