Rich and his team were truly amazing helping us get a remortgage to buy out a family member from their half of an inherited home. I’ve used Rapport numerous times over the years and would highly recommend them. Also recommended to friends & family & never been disappointed with their experience. Rich just handled my mortgage and did a fantastic job! I called Rich at the last minute in hopes of saving my mortgage after challenges with another broker, and my house was about to be pulled. Rich took on the case and worked hard to solve it quickly, and thankfully was able to turn it around! He has been responsive and patient and is a certainly a problem solver. Having used Rich before when my circumstances were much different to how they are now he managed to sort me a mortgage when in all honesty I didn't think I would be able to get one . We have recently used Rapport and the service is honestly outstanding. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless; Richi took the time to explain everything, nothing was too much trouble, he was extremely responsive and on the ball throughout the whole process.
