Sofia is always polite and very helpful.
Since the queues are so long, as opposed to complaining about the wait - we should notice there's only one person working hence the wait - so take this into consideration and give ourselves more time when attending. Or simply attend later in the evening. It closes at 9pm

This post office only ever has one cashier working even when the queue is out the door and around the corner. The lady who works behind the counter is always friendly and helpful but they definitely need to open both counter positions as the wait is normally half an hour or longer!

I’ve visited this post office once and never again, i would put 0 stars if i could. Customer service here is bottom barrel, i’m unaware of the black lady(i’m black myself)with braids that’s at the post office counter but they should really hire people that wants to work and of course help other people. Visited not long ago to send a parcel off and she had the most hostile attitude, couldn’t understand why really, for every single question i had she had an even more hostile reply to me each time, bare in mind there was not one single person queuing behind me, unbelievable.
A month after or so i had to call to the same post office for a quick question as the parcel got returned back, and i could recognise her as soon as she picked up the phone, and of course she replied with the rudest answer ever, and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. JUST RUDE!! If you are tired of working or don’t like your job, please stay at home, there’s lots of people that would gladly take your position and execute it i’m sure better and in a kinder way than you. I Will never step foot in here ever again!

Sofia provides fast service but also takes a moment to acknowledge each customer with a kind word and a smile. I always appreciate her efficiency and kindness even when she is extremely busy which is usually all the time.

There is consistently only one person at the service point, they try their best but the lines are consistently long, another staff member is desperately needed.

Unorganised and dirty post office. The same person has been working for years with queues that go down a long road. I dont see why they don't hire new people. They had messed up a transaction going out and were hostile towards me as if I made the mistake. They are always angry even after a break. Maybe if they had more people or sorted their lives out , they might enjoy working here.
