I had an issue with the window cleaning while living in Cashmere at London Dock, and once again, Raquel was extremely efficient and proactive. She followed up, kept me informed at every step, and made sure the matter was resolved without any further hassle. Her communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. Very poor communication, high staff turnover, and they make everything a battle. If you’ve got issues with neighbours using drugs in communal blocks, fly tipping, or screaming in the street they’ll turn a blind eye whilst still taking the extortionate monthly fee! And don’t even get me started on outstanding communal repairs, decor, damp / mould, and external fixtures!!

Constantly get fobbed off by them. Not able to make an official complaint. Fire alarms going off multiple times a week. Over 49 times in the space of a 6 month period!! This is a health & safety hazard!!
No quality of life living here at all! No quiet enjoyment.
Same old generic responses, no one ever available to speak to. False promises nothing ever gets fixed.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT RESPOND TO MY REVIEW WITH A GENERIC REPSONSE TO EMAIL YOU. YOU IGNORE MY EMAILS.

This company is dreadful.... over charge you for works, don't complete weekly tasks... fed up, fed up with trying to get jobs done and being fobbed off.... truly awful company...

However..... some good reviews I've had it on good authority from a contractor I know.... that contractors and staff are encouraged by Premier Estates to leave good reviews which now over a period of a year or so has moved them from 1 star to 3.... very dishonest in my book....

The goal of the team is to delay the problem, or sway to different departments, but never to resolve it, and we are paying service charge to this incompentency.

Disappointing company to work with.

I bet you in the comments they just say please contact us about the issue.
We are giving a bad review because our previous attempts of contacting hadn’t resolved anything!
They love dodging the public question/complaints, so they can take it privately to then ignore it.

I have been trying to phone Premier Estates for 3 days. Tried about 20 times and only once replied. Held on on option 1 for over 10 minutes today. I have reported the poor service to my landlords agent as dangerous situation in communal hallways_ all lighting is out and in total darkness at night for last 3 nights. Accidents waiting to happen.
I am wondering if company still fully trading as calls not being answered.I have NEVER had this problem previously in the 20 years that I have been a tenant in this property.
I have sent my Email reply to Premier Estates response to this review as requested. I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement as of today ( 14th January).
UPDATE 26/1/25:- Still no acknowledgement of my Email I sent 9th January that was requested. Why did you ask for me to reply if you did not want to respond to me? Just asking, never mind.I assume that you dont want me to help you by advising of any problems in communal areas in the block of flats?

My experience with Premier Estates has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the gross incompetence of Amy Bould, a building manager. Her inability to address and resolve issues has been frustrating and indicative of a severe lack of capability.

Despite persistent efforts, I've continually been referred from one person to another, and months have passed without any resolution to the problems in the property they purportedly manage. The lack of urgency and action is absolutely unacceptable.

What's more alarming is the presence of serious leaks in the buildings they oversee, posing not only as a nuisance but also as potential fire hazards. Such negligence is not only irresponsible but also poses a serious risk, as these leaks could lead to electrical short circuits.

It's abundantly clear that Premier Estates does not care about the well-being of the buildings under their management. Their disregard for safety and maintenance is appalling, and I can't emphasise enough how strongly I recommend anyone considering their services to stay away. The lack of competence, coupled with a blatant disregard for the safety of the properties they manage, makes Premier Estates a company to avoid at all costs.
