We recently were informed by.a previous landlord that he was selling the house and gave us notice. I immediately started to look for another property to move into but the time I was able to look at the main high street estate agents, they’d had so many enquiries that they closed the applications.
I reached out to HSH Lettings, an independent letting agent just outside of Shrewsbury.
John, the owner could not have been more helpful. He met us at a time to suit ourselves which happened to be a Sunday. Showed us around and then let us walk around on our own. We made the decision there and then that we would love to live there.
The whole process was simple, quick and efficient. Any queries we had were dealt with in a timely manner. John met us on tenancy start date at the property to sign paperwork and hand over keys etc.

I would definitely recommend HSH Lettings for that personal touch.
