From the very first phone call to meeting Verity in person, I was made to feel completely at ease. She is a true professional, very passionate and her with every word I felt she would handle my financial situation with trust and integrity.

I had been overwhelmed with the minefield of various pension documents but once I spoke with Verity I knew I was in a safe place at Croft and Oakes. They had sponsored our cricket club in Albrighton. I felt blessed that Verity was going to be my Advisor.

She took over two hours of her invaluable time listening and looking through my finances and advising me thoroughly, sorting my pension issues. Then following up the very next morning with an email sending me further details about the rest of my finances that I had requested. She simply went above and beyond to put my mind at peace.

Whilst nearing retirement, my pension & financial options seemed really daunting, I was introduced to Christopher Oakes through a mutual friend. Chris conducted a rigorous financial review, this gave me a much clearer vision of what my retirement could potentially look like, in my opinion, a really invaluable exercise.
You hear through the media about unscrupulous financial advisers, cleaning out people's pension pots and hightailing into the sunset. I was resistant to giving anyone my financial details, which could potentially leave me financially vulnerable.
