Certainly the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever dealt with. I had to tick the 1 star so I could leave a review, but they really don't deserve the star.

Living local and supporting local businesses I called into their shop in Whitchurch and my details were passed on to Debbie for commercial insurance, Debbie took all of my information and despite me chasing her for circa 4 weeks I never heard off her again. So, I called the shop, explained what happened and was told Josie now had my details and was passed Josies mobile number. I called Josie and she said she would get some quotes for me asap, 3 days later I chased and was told she should have some quotes the following day. Now, over a week later, numerous telephone and text messages and Josie won't pick up or reply.

The Directors of County Insurance Consultants Ltd must be so proud of the staff in their Whitchurch branch.
