My surgery was with Mr Biring, who instantly put me at ease and gave me confidence that all would go well. The anaesthetist visited me in my room and carefully explained the plan - which was exactly how it went. His manner was kind and caring throughout. Staff in the anaesthetic room and recovery were all lovely and put me at ease.

Everyone involved in my care on the ward was professional and caring. Night staff were on hand as needed and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. My room was extremely warm upon arrival (it was the hottest day of the year so far!) and a good fan was immediately brought in to cool me down and remained for my entire stay. An extra chair was quickly brought when I had an extra visitor in the evening too.

The catering staff were superb and ensured all my meals arrived at a timely point and were all delicious.

The porter staff were chatty and professional and transferred me safely around the hospital.

Would not hesitate to use this hospital/consultant again - should the need arise.

I recently had two steroid injections at the Chiltern Hospital by Dr. Richard Hughes, ably assisted by Imaging Assistant Jane. I just wanted to say thank you. It's a bit of a daunting prospect but firstly Jane was welcoming and friendly which is an enormous help when you are nervous. Dr. Hughes was absolutely great, he explained what he was doing and was calm and reassuring. I really appreciate how good you both are at this, thank you so much.

Jane the Imaging Technician was excellent - very kind, clear and friendly. Really put me at ease. Dr Richard Hughes was very efficient and executed the procedure quickly. Very impressed. The imaging suite reception staff were very welcoming too. A great all round experience. Thanks

I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to Tony the radiographer and Jane the imaging assistant for their outstanding care this afternoon. Both of you were incredibly professional and showed a genuine empathy that immediately put me at ease. Your calm, reassuring manner and clear communication made the whole experience so much more comfortable. It’s clear you both take great pride in your work, and it really shows. A fantastic service with lovely members of staff. `I have to especially thank Dr David Mckean and his assistant Jane for their efficient and caring help yesterday.... all done with kindness and understanding. Everyone I spoke to were helpful and supportive, going the extra mile to fit me in and save me a long journey back.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jane, the imaging assistant and Toni, the radiographer for giving up their time on a late Saturday afternoon to squeeze my husband in for an urgent MRI scan of his thigh. I had a minor ops procedure yesterday as an outpatient with Mr Chan, who was ably assisted by Roxanna and Laura. The whole thing was very smooth and considerate. Thanks team - see you in a couple of weeks when the stitches come out.

I had surgery on my dominant left hand for carpal tunnel yesterday morning. Mr Graham and his team made the whole process from initial consultation to day of the procedure very easy for me. I have complete confidence in Mr Graham and am clear in what to expect in the coming weeks post op. The actual procedure was so quick and pain free. I have enjoyed my first pain free sleep In months!
