Absolutely attrocious service. Shakila the Manager who deals with repairs is shocking. To never respond to emails and phone calls is just unacceptable. I will keep emailing and calling until I get to the bottom of what the hell is happening in my mums bathroom.
An open sewage pipe left, with the toilet removed and new flooring being put down. What!!!!

Most corrupt housing association I ever had to waste 9 years of my life with surrounded by alcoholics and addicts that took advantage of me in my own home for almost a decade unchallenged also by the bullies you call waterlooville Hampshire police. Don’t trust these guys with so much as a charity box you’ve been warned

Have left my brother who has autism without proper running hot water since June, workers turn up without knowing what they need and do half a job and then make you wait months to complete. There contact centre just read scripts and don’t use any human interactions. Really disappointed. This has caused my brother major stress and there does not seem to be any remorse when they decide to cancel on the day. If you’re offered a home with Guinness I’d strong avoid.

This is what tradesmen from Guinness Housing do to help local disabled people!!!!! Park over a marked driveway of a private resident to unload for over the permitted time frame without even asking. When they could of simply asked the Guinness tenant to move one of their 4 cars.

The worst council I’ve ever dealt with, AVOID at all costs don’t care about anything but their money and never fix repairs I have a 6 month old baby in here with damp and mould growing constantly from blown windows they REFUSE to fix or do half a job it’s absolutely disgusting on the verge of suing them at this point

Trying to get through to speak with someone on the phone is an absolute joke to say the least. You are left on hold for over an hour until you eventually give up (my last hold waiting time was 01:32:12 to be exact). You are constantly having to chase people as it seems that no one is capable of getting back to you…it is infuriating!

Huge block of flats flooded last night. They knew about the leak early hours of the morning. Originally sent firefighter crew away as they had ‘everything under control’. Come 8pm they told everyone to pack a bag. Little explanation. Many left confused as well as vulnerable people at risk. At 10pm they were told if they didn’t leave immediately, tenancy action would be taken. No lift in use and stairs were flooded. Had to walk down 9 floors dangerously which was hard for many with their health conditions. For those who had nowhere to go, they were sat outside until early hours the next morning (elderly and kids freezing) waiting to be put into emergency accommodation. No help at all. More help from fire service than them. Many worried about their food going bad as no electric and many don’t have the money to restock. Said they would have to claim compensation but didn’t give any idea of how long that would take. All in all, horrendous and traumatic night for many with no actual plan for emergency circumstances. If this were something like a fire, god knows what would have happened!

Terrible - my windows are 33 years old and Guiness still won’t replace them. They have offered to simply replace the individual glass panes that have blown, even lost to follow up on that.Recent kitchen repair left me with totally mis matching units, kitchen also due review this year as so old but been told as it functions they won’t do it.
