Charles & his team have done an excellent job in making our garden a very special place. They took out a very awkward patio to sit on and replaced it with beautiful grey sandstone slabs that now wrap around our bungalow, he also made another small patio for our egg chair which was a one off pattern.
We found Charles and his team to be polite, friendly and very hard working, nothing was too much trouble with some design changes along the way.
No money was asked for upfront, they left our garden clean and tidy.
From quote to completion we found Charles very polite , professional, accommodating, and easy to work with .
We would not hesitate to have them back for other work in the bungalow and will be recommending Charles to friends and family

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - fitted rubber roofing to summerhouse. Within a week the rubber started to come undone and has debonded. Was told that would only be a 5 minute repair and despite multiple promises to come and repair, no-one has ever shown up. Now refuses to take calls or reply to messages. Even hung up on me when he did accidentally pick up when I called from a different number. Charles comes across as a decent guy but don't believe it, completely unreliable.
