Proudly left this place, they are dual faces. Reality is worse there, "people who have been there, can only know their reality". Mr owner, you can easily make public fool by your bunch of paid and volunteers and friends reviews.

I saw there volunteers shouting and being rude with needy without any reason, yeah but just because they are needy.
When ever I tried to pick something (supreme), there volunteers comes and say these are for charities. But actually saw them loading those into personal cars.
Brutally got pointed out without any reason.
I liked one cake there, but that volunteers said no I can't take that and than she gave it to the lady behind me🤨!
I know after this honest review of mine. Mr "owner" I did contacted you earlier but got brutally insulted and neglected by you. Now, I dont even wanna visit to this place even.
This was all to show your reality!😉
This "free food" will be closed soon due to there behaviour and unfair treatment/management.

Good Morning,

I would like to leave an honest review and I only review if where I have been is good, I never leave a bad review I just don't go back.

I have been to the hub and the house before that possibly about 8 times in total, I work shifts so it is difficult to get there and then sometimes I have bought food already, so I cannot fit any in my fridge etc , but I just want say this :

What has been setup here is nothing more than amazing for people, they have started it from there house and moved it to a unit on an industrial park for everyone, it helps a lot of people out including me and my family and stops food waste, there has to be rules as it would be just chaos, there has to be rules everywhere not just here, yes I have to park around the corner yes I have to queue, yes I have to wait in the cold yes I can only go when they post, but after all that isn't it not worth it? Yes it is !! And if you are one of the people that cannot deal with the rules and think you can just rock up and barge your way through you are wrong, yes the same people come because they are trying to save food

Surely that what is all about no ?

Well done to all the volunteers Matt and Lauren and kids that have made this become what it is !!

Having used the hub quite often we have always found the organisers kind, courteous and respectful. Always happy to help and very thankful for any donations given. We commend the work they do to continue saving the food waste and helping those less fortunate too.

Responding to the negative reviews, the staff work their tushies off to get things available and ready so if you can't follow rules like a civilised human you don't deserve the luxury of the service. Its that simple.

Yes, there’s rules but without them there’d be carnage. The rules are simple and easy. Thank you for all your hard work xx

What an amazing service these lovely volunteers provide for Haverhill. The time and effort put into saving food from landfill and then for giving it free to the local community needs to be recognised and applauded. Following the very simple rules set by the organisers is not difficult at all.
Thank you for your ongoing hard work, Haverhill and the surrounding area are very lucky to have you.

Your comments can make you and volunteers happy since engineered. while reality is so harsh as explained earlier. Exclude the engineered reviews and ask the people singing same song😇. Would that you all are polite as well on site the way you are here in texting in review. Anyway stay Blessed

I was very happy n impressed when first visited here but slowly realised that reality was not they are showing. Very stupid rules which the poor people cant handle easily and few(not all) old rude volunteers always be disguisting with poor people saw with my eyes shouting on poor people , May God keep away from these type of people n attitude . My neighbour left last month bcz of their attitudes . Very disappointed 👎🏻
