If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Absolutely shocking service, especially from our building manager Emily Porter-Ward and her supervisor Mia Ahmet. We have had repeated long-term lift outages, leaks to the point where mushrooms (not mould - mushrooms) are growing in the building and a general lack of urgency in addressing very serious and dangerous issues. Absolutely shameful and disgusting service, avoid dealing with this company at all costs!

Absolutely shocking service at 100 Kingsway, North Finchley. Increased service charges by 70% while allowing lifts, entry system and intercom system to fall into disrepair. Lease holders now struggling to sell properties. These guys are proper cowboys.

Terrible. Bought a flat through Inspired Homes. There have been issues since day 1 with hot water, heating, lifts. Service charge keeps climbing. House prices are declining. Have now washed their hands of the building by selling freehold to E&M Management (another terrible company).
