Great place to sit and watch the world go by. It's a quiet and sunny in the summer place with amenities nearby.

There is also a little RNLI place nearby that you can walk around as well as a pub. Great for a lazy day out.

It would have been a long walk but luckily we had mobility scooters. 😊. They have a lovely little RNLI shop there, a pub and a little kiosk selling hot/cold drinks, ice cream and snacks.. It was nice to sit and look over Minehead on a dry sunny day.. There is also a car park and toilets.. Everyone we met was super friendly too. Well worth a visit.

We were staying nearby at Doniford and spent a day in Minehead. Parked along the seafront and walked up to the harbour which was very peaceful. Nice coffee from the little hut. We went back the following evening to try our luck at crabbing.

Another sleepy harbour area to visit and larger shopping area to grab all your high street bits and bobs! People are super friendly! The harbour is worth a look and you can take your dogs on the beach at certain times of the year

Visited Minehead Harbour and Lifeboat Station, celebrating 200 years of service.
Lovely walk to and from the town.
In the distance, you can see the pier and Butlins resort. Steam rising from the train station as a locomotive leaves the platform.

Popped down to harbour in Motorhome home after refilling at supermarket. was very impressed by the whole area. found a large parking space for motorhome on front by harbour three hour’s parking at reasonable rate. we also noted other large parking bays, not sure about any Moho restrictions we were happy our spot had no restrictions no overnighting thou was stated, shame as our spot was not residential, we would have eaten at a very busy pub by the harbour, out of season would be viable!
