Had a lovely 4 night stay. Food was brilliant, lots of choice. We weren't over interested in the entertainment but that was us. Arcade really good. Pool tables and bowling well priced. Used splash waterworks and had fun and paid for an archery session. Plenty to do on and off resort. Some areas of the site and in accommodation could do with a touch up but had a wonderful time

Booked a group family weekend with premium dining option. The food was fantastic! Full breakfast options with fresh food cook points for grill, omelettes and pancakes (which the kids loved). Loads of selection for dinner (Chinese, Indian, Greek, Italian and grill) and lovely dessert section with ice cream factory. Well worth the money as we didn't even need lunch in between.|So much to do there we needed more time to cover it all. Great fun for kids and adults too. |Comfortable accommodations. Basic but clean and tidy.|Staff were amazing everywhere we went. Friendly and accommodating.|Would definitely book again x

This was y first time to Butlins and it was better than expected. It was just y husband and I and meet up with family as well. The flat was excellent, well equipped and the beds were super comfy. We didn’t use any of the amenities but did utilise one of the food outlets and Co-Op. I can see why it’s a great place for families. ||We’ll definitely be coming back

Pros- everything was amazing, so much for the children to do which was including in the price, swimming, parks, all the entertainment so the adults could also relax. We spent a lot of time in the arcade as it was huge. We had the drinks package and it’s well worth the price. The night was amazing, silent disco was the best. We all had the best time. We had the food package and it was an amazing selection hot and cold buffet.

Cons- we stayed in the comfort plus apartments, it was FILTHY. Sofas had stains, floors had stains, shower had stains, kitchen was sticky everywhere, dining table and chairs were sticky, dust everywhere, the remote control for the tv was full of food and sticky, there were clothes (that weren’t ours) found under the bed, cutlery and cups were not clean. We didn’t say anything as it was just a place to sleep, we were out everyday the 5 days we were there, if we had to eat and drink there we 100% would have complained. The staff in the restaurants, arcades, swimming and the food chains were so miserable, no manners, terrible attitude, the woman that worked in the bar in the tent gave me a stinking attitude, while I was getting sugar for my coffee she looking me up and down huffing and puffing, made me feel so insecure.

So basically £500 so half good experience and half bad experience. Not worth the price. I’m just glad my son had the best time.

The entertainment was the best part of our stay, seeing something new each day and seeing my family enjoy themselves. I also love that there’s a beach outside from the park too. I loved that some of the restaurants included gluten free to there menu ||The Quality of the room was nice but the appliances wasn’t the best, the kitchen sink was blocked, the fridge was dirty so was the table and chairs. The service was quick on the job which was nice and the staff was very understanding and kind which was nice||I’d change the prices on things, it’s way too expensive to even get essentials ||Maybe more activities suited for one year olds would be nice and more verity of restaurants ||But other than that, my stay at Butlins was lovely

Room was clean and enough space for a family of five, entertainment was great my little girl loved the masked singer and meeting the gladiators. Only down side was the faulty fire alarms we heard quite a few going off including our own block during our 3 night stay, it then taking 20 minutes for a member of the safety team 20 minutes to come and assist.

I came here for a hen weekend and was hugely disappointed. The venue was run down and whilst you could see they were working on some areas, a large portion of the venue needed a lot of work
We paid for an upgrade to a comfort apartment and whilst the space was better, the rooms still could have done with some TLC
Staff were not friendly at all, apart from one guy at the check on gate; security could not help with giving information about where to get wristbands
Food at the Beachcomber Inn was mediocre and the main guy at the bar was more interested in berating his barmaid than offering any customer service
I would not come back here if I was paid to!

We had a fantastic family weekend at Butlins Minehead.
We all decided to purchase the ‘All-inclusive drinks package’ and the ‘Early access VIP pass’ which were definitely both great value for money. The VIP pass allowed us to skip the huge queues for the shows and have early access to the bar.

The shows we watched were worth seeing! (Electric Wonderland, Masked Singer, Snow White and Iconic). Our personal highlight was the Masked Singer where our Dad was one of two selected audience members for the judging panel!!

The entertainment facilities such as the pool, flumes and funfair were good but made even better by the friendliness and engagement from the staff!
Massive shoutout to Red Coat Jake (Rubix) who really made our experience magical and Chef Said in the Deck restaurant who always delivered top-notch service with his frying pan wizardry!

Our only criticism was our accommodation (the comfort apartments). There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and it was comfortable however, the ant infestation needs to be addressed. This is something that we could mostly overlook but had we been anyone else this could’ve ruined the holiday. In addition, we believe more effort should’ve gone towards the general cleanliness of the accommodation as it didn’t look as though it has been cleaned before our arrival.

All in all, is was a lovely break away and we made some great memories. We would definitely come again if we were guaranteed a higher living standard.
