DO NOT LET FROM PROPERTY MARKET HUB!!!! This estate agents is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The flat was disgusting when we moved in – COCKROACHES crawling around, dirty carpets, used plasters and bin bags left lying around from the previous tenants, a fridge so vile it had to be replaced, there were no blinds on the windows and the boiler was broken. We raised all of this immediately, but Sam, the owner, couldn’t have been more misogynistic, patronising, and dismissive. He clearly didn’t care. To make matters worse, we were left without a washing machine for four months, completely breaching our tenancy agreement while they did NOTHING. Despite us leaving the flat in a MUCH better condition, they tried to deduct £600 from our deposit for a few marks on the walls. It’s laughable- any cleaning charges they take clearly aren’t going towards cleaning the flat! If you’re thinking of renting with them, don't. bother.

I recently found my new home through Property Market Hub, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful especially Sam and Sarah and responsive throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience completely stress-free.

SCUMBAGS. Moved into our flat last year and it was disgusting to say the least - no blinds in any of the bedrooms, no rooms had been cleaned at all and were in vile condition to the point where we had COCKROACHES. Broken boiler, bin bags of other people’s stuff left in the flat, chocolate stuck in my carpet, dirty plaster stuck to bed… to name a few things! Sam, manager of this letting agents dealt with these issues in the most patronising, inefficient and slimey way possible then tried to knock £600 off our deposit return at the end of the tenancy for cleaning fees (despite us leaving the flat in a much cleaner condition than we found it) which is clearly to pay for his lunch or something because it’s not definitely going towards cleaning. Would never ever recommend letting off this company.

Irresponsible and unresponsive management team.
No updates on the serious issues that the tenants met (e.g. no hot waters for weeks), and left the main door broken for weeks so many parcels/ bikes got stolen

**updates: Property Market Hub IS managing Excelsior Works at M15 from the end of March 2024 (named as PMH property management ltd for management part), but the agents and the management team are basically the same group of people, and Sarah is the building manager.

One of the worst letting agencies in all of Manchester The owner Sam is corrupt and a liar. He wanted to claim all our deposit back but all thanks to the tenancy deposit scheme, he did not even get a single penny. He wanted 1000 pounds and he got 0 pounds. If you want to rent from people who lie, rent from Sam, if you want to rent from people who don't do any repairs or look after the property, rent from Sam, if you want to rent from people who are rude and do not care about their tenants and will exploit you to no end, rent from Sam. Beware of this place. Run by crooks!
